Fair enough. But the guy was arguing that RnG produce more TOs.

You would definitely miss more shots though and it also depends on the defense of your opponent. There are many other factors that could affect possession.

Im with you on this one. The longer you look for the best open man, the more TO's. Not in all situations btw. If you have a outstanding offense flow yourself, you wont have a very hard time to find the best man. In this situation its just a bad tactical choice of your opponent to choose to play CSP.

But the question remains (in the situation you do have a bad offense flow): do you want less TO against FCP or wont you mind the TO's and still want the better shots?
I would rather go for a fast pace offense. The defence of your opponent will take such a hit because he plays CSP, that your chance of still finding a good % shot would be just fine. Even if its a quick shot. And when you still can find a nice % shot, i rather take 10 of them instead of turn over 4 of them and take 6 slightly better shots.

What about Look Inside? Do your players hold on to the ball for too long?

Even though im predominately Inside strong i guess, even though should i play RnG?

Look inside is sort of like the inside orientated and is fast paced as well. You try to get the ball inside really quickly and take quick shots. RnG is outside oriented so if you are strong inside, its better to go look inside as it focus more on inside skills

i have one question with that topic. Tomorrow i have a cup game. I think that my opponent is weaker than mine, but he has very good FG. So i'm thinking of going with inside tactic. I have really good PG with extremely high passing, i think his passing skill is one of the higherst in my country. And i have a really good inside shooter, both C and PF. But should i slow down game speed by going with Low Post instead of Look Inside ?

if you slow it down you will take less shots, and i think this is good against a team with high FG% because they dont shoot as often.
also on D make sure you find out where they score and then use the right D.

Anyone with more experience have a different opinion?

FCP is for creating turnovers, best offence is to play fast, the faster the offensive players are the harder will be for the defenders to catch up with them so, less turnovers more easy shots and plus, you get defenders to get tired quicker, so more rotation and more lousy players on the field. So, at last, Run and Gun is the best option :-)
