Thanks a lot guys!I am having troubles in my team with this. I have too many players in mediocre or average shape, and its hurting the team badly.Would this be due to the cup games I have put their performance in crunch time and they played heavy minutes (i think I had a 2OT and a 1OT game in one week)? How can I prevent this from happening? I am training them in game shape now. Should I train their stamina? Should I hire a trainer with a fitness skill?
