Help Zyler - I dont know the full translation

I think from what I can make out that Im needing to apologise to Roswell.

Sorry that my team injured White for 2 weeks and snuck a win in OT because of this and the fact that 3 of his other players got fouled of.

another translation on the way

hi sid why u be such a player hater /

u stuffed up my cup run , now you stuffed up my whole season :)

3rd best player fred was still injured , then you injure my 2nd best player 2x abbl mvp white boy , u foul out 3 more doodz , n force me into over time to steal the win from me.

45 fts v 25 is bullshit

and u did this one day after i splash 500g's on the new players , u been such a pain 2 me , what did i do to you ?

sockococks haz fouled out for the last time , im going to fire/sell his arse , stuff it im going to fire/sell my whole team

next week no team.

done

in your defense sid , either his doc level is 2 low or one or both of you are running players with high hidden aggression stat , thus causing more injuries (injuries only happen on fouls ) , judging by the large difference in fouls id say roswell has some high aggression guys .

tough cup draw for you HA, some of us have been luckier this time! There are some other interesting match ups. With the dogs playing each other again, that could be a very interesting year

Cant be too choosy with opponents when you make the final 64 in the tournament, so in the scheme of things, its definately a winnable game for both HAs (Home Axis v Hopelessly Addicted) and I guess my team was lucky enough to get drawn the home court

Not happy with what my sniping opponent did tonight

Took out my second string centre (whom I started) after 1 minute which meant that my reguler starting centre come on and clocked up too many minutes.

His presence on the court made the game too one sided which also stuffed up the minutes for several other players in the team.

Back to the tournament I've just done some quick calculations. 21 of the 31 games in this coming round of the tournament will be won by teams against whom Id be confident that my team could be competitive against, if they could win next Thursday night.

That said the principle focus for HA will be the next league game which is against SBV and is more of a must win game than what the next cup game will be.

Final 64 in the cup is nearly good enough for the fan survey to get crowds in for the league games for the rest of the season

Ladder position will ultimately mean more to my team than what making the top 32 or 16 in the cup, which is as high as I could realistically aspire my team to achieve.

My team would get crunched should they came up against one of the better ABBL teams so I dont know how much effort I should dedicate to the cup going forward from now on, especially as to do so might cost my team league games

Losing league games affects ladder position and probably has a downside on crowds that might not be offset by the upside of proceeding an extra round in the cup

Look on the bright side Sid, at least you didn't get randomly crunched by a random in division III. It happens to me every single season. I think everyone else in the world must value the cup a lot more than me.

Wild Turkeys looked like the only team trying out there.

And in all this talk about how you intimidated everyone, have you ever mentioned that there was one team that stood up to the challenge and came within 5 points of going to the ABBL instead of you and probably would have if not for a very famous lie (not by you)?

Looks like you are doing a teriffic job this season and your league is a lot more fun and active than it was last season. Great work!

Yeah with this forum having more than double the posts of the last 2 seasons combined already.

I guess it was all business with WA, Canberra Crushers, Me and Shanmag and we didn't want to discuss our team's plans with our opponents in the forums so we stayed quiet ;)

Actually thats a valid point dear Yoda.

Yourselves and Smeltztroopers certainly did have a dip.

Bit of trivia yourve had 523 more rated posts than I and this forum still has 23 posts less on it than II.3

Better invite some of the old gang over to say hello

I admit that whether it be my aging memory or my just plain ignorance, but I wasnt aware of a very famous lie.

Any chance that you might be able to enlighten me as to this famous lie?

Do miss the likes of yourself, Violator, Smeltz and ofcourse my old adversary in Beechy, but all that said there are some true characters on this board.

I actually was able to decipher a small part of one of Nevada Saucers most recent posts

Some good up and coming coaches in the making too in this league, speaking of which it looks like the Vic Magees are shaping up very strong as well in your league.

How does a team like his enter div 2 from div 3 with such a decent sized stadium?

Competition is definately getting stronger every season

Actually some of the coaches from this league have been good fun and seem pretty decent folk as well.

Any thoughts on how I can get my team with its lack of serious money, past Glenelg Tigers by the end of the season?

If I was to get serious and have another dash at promotion, then there is going to be a time where I make some serious sales and acquisitions.

Say hi to all my old friends back in II.3

Hope I dont become available to scrimmage them for a few more weeks yet.

As for Mr Monkeybiz its nice that you have directed a few kind words to the good folk on this forum.

Business for me often involves a little bit of gamesmanship which might have something to do with the occassional nature of my posts.

Did you amuse the "purists" with my ambitions to win the ABBL championship with my team in season 20?

Mr Managocango, could you please do me a kind favour.

Much appreciate if you could kneecap that work colleague of yours who stuffed up my teams playing minutes in that last cup game.

Bracing myself for less than favourable gameshapes when the training report comes in

Mages was stuck in III.6 with me for a number of seasons and we both had some time to build our stadiums, though i've still got some work to do. Mages is a very good manager, and i wouldn't be surprised if he promoted to the ABBL in the next season or two.

There are a lot of managers in the old III.6 the probably deserve to be in Div II ahead of some who currently are. One guy, PC, has just missed on promotion the last two season after he came up against me, then Axis, and now this year he's had Naker land in his division. The guy can't catch a break but has slowly gone about developing two stud big men who are still young and have great skill sets.

Then there's guys like Richmond, and mmm donuts who could promote. One thing is for sure, my team in III.6 prepared me for entering in Div II nicely.

It's got a good group of managers in there as well, and it's looking like we've got a good group in here now to, well more talkative anyway. HA you've been a welcome addition in here, i must say.
