it would be perfect,because staff sigining,buying,and especialy their huge wages growing(every week!) are far away from reality..

very stupid system with regular salary growing. No reality in this... where u saw that salary growing every week?? it's very stupid, and this stuff doing this game not so beautiful

Typically, employees get periodical raises of their salaries almost everywhere, so the "no reality" claim is overstated, at least.


but they have to show better result if they wanna get more and here they get more and more without increase of feedback as players do.

it is not the most realistic mechanism but it is manageable and not based on luck so after all it is ok for this type of game. And that is far from stupid.
