the question is not about ASG minutes.
It is that since I don't have the 2nd league game, let's say one of my players will get 30 minutes, will it affect game shape?

ASG minutes do not affect anything.

anyway, I guess my English is crappy.
So in other words, if I am going to do team training, I don't need a scrimmage because it would be risking players for injury right?

If you don't play a scrimmage, your form becomes really ugly :(

And the chanche to get a injury is pretty low, so i would play the scrimmage

i woulld say 45-65 are the best for the form, and your englisch ain't abd but my reading skills are.

So besides being a "funny" thing all-star game is completely useless.


It's not useless at all - many of our users enjoy the All-Star Game.

Just what I wrote, besides being a funny thing it is useless. It does not affect your team in any way. Your player will not improve his skills by playing and other players won't pay more for your player if you sell him just because he played ASG. So it is surely useless besides being a "funny" thing that probably is very appreciated by many anyway.

And quite odd too. I remember one particular ASG with absolutely NO fouls. So as well as "funny," the games are often not very realistic—fortunately much different from the regular season and playoff games. For the most part, the Game Engine does a remarkably good job with all other games, but the ASG in my opinion is not well done.

We're simply going to disagree on the definition of useless here, since the ASG doesn't fit into that box.

I like the fact that the highest voted for allstar player from the NBBA is actually training in the morning and the day after 6,000 miles away!! ;-)

I also like the fact that a 3k wage C makes our bench ahead of a 60k NT C (ok so he was inj for 3 weeks..) but even so.... there must be a way to identify those that wouldve played based on skills not court-time.. anyway I digress...

Overall I think the Allstar game is a fun watch (this is my 1st season with an entrant in the 3pt contest as well).... its a break from the norm and an event where the 2 conferences can banter against one another for 14weeks of bragging rights...

It is useless for your team. That is a certainty. As a "funny" thing it might be very useful to increase the entertainment of the game but for your team it is absolutely useless. Your players or economy are not even to a very small extent improving or getting worse due to ASG. What you can do is to proudly mention that your player won the shootout or whatever but it does not improve your squad anyway in terms of value or capacity.
