You were NOMINATED not appointed. Vastly great difference between the two.

Question for you, if you clearly only want to train for motion won't that allow your opponents to just GDP you very easily?
Why motion of all tactics? What makes you the best candidate for this job and how have you grown as a manager? Have you trained anyone for U21 and been successful? If not then how do you know what to look for and what it takes? Will you also be attempting to fire all of New Zealand's draft class like you did to yours back in season 30?

I dont want to train just for motion. I'm also going to be using Look inside or inside offenses.
Why motion of all tactics?

Because thats what my middle school/highschool team and myself ran during school ball i'm familar with it.

[qWhat makes you the best candidate for this job and how have you grown as a manager?]

Yes I have grown as a manager, I have grown because i'm learning to keep my prospects for transfer or keep them for playing. I also have grown in the fact of winning I will be winning more this season as expected of me. What makes me the best candidate? My basketball history and i'm off during the day and have a whole lot of time with me.

Have you trained anyone for U21 and been successful?
no

If not then how do you know what to look for and what it takes? Yes, that also includes me being patient with my time.

Will you also be attempting to fire all of New Zealand's draft class like you did to yours back in season 30?

No

Heading on the right path so far. Are you?

Good to see cookieman throwing his hand in for the job. Sing out if you want a hand with anything

Thanks for your support, unfortunately I have decided to pull out of this, I had a bit more thoughts and saw the efforts the current manager puts in and I realised I won't be able to have that type of commitment, therefore I am probably not the best candidate for this important role.

Good luck to whoever gets appointed.

My strategy if appointed coach is simply to look through every draft in the past 3 years and to consider all players. As to ingame strategy I'm not yet sure because I haven't seen available players but play to our strengths. I plan in naming 14 players to the original team and add players as weaknesses are uncovered. I'm being mentored by a former Eygpt u21 coach and he's been very helpful.
