Meilleures performances collectives de la soirée -- Beat team performances tonight.

Meilleures performances individuelles de la soirée -- Best individual performances tonight.

Meilleur 5 de la soirée -- Best 5 of the night

La contre performance de la soirée -- Worst performance of the night

Points--points (pretty obvious but in French points is pronounced "pwah")

Rebonds--Rebounds (again pretty similar)

Passes Décisives--Assists

Interceptions--Steals

Contres--Blocked shots

Meneur--point guard

Arrière--shooting guard

Ailier--small forward

Ailier Fort--power forward

Pivot--center

Le joueur qui a oublié d'enlever ses moufles--The player who forgot to take off his mittens This refers to the player who lost the ball the most.

Le joueur ciblé par les arbitres--The player most targeted by the refs

L'iron-man--The Iron Man (stat given to whoever plays the most minutes)

Le shooteur--the shooter (stat given to whoever shoots the most threes)

Le bon élève--the good student (stat given to the player with the highest rating)

Le mauvais élève--the bad student (stat given to the player with the lowest rating)

Thanks for posting all of those!

And thanks for posting the last in English! Now I don't have to Google "please" and other terms in French to communicate, mon ami. (OK ... I knew that one from reading too many Hercule Poirot novels ...)

I did, however, figure out most of the French in your posts without help. Except for turnovers. That one stumped me.
