I replied to your bbmail to give you the best information if you want him on the U21 NT. He looks pretty solid all around but still needs a lot of work, so I gave you my opinion via bbmail.

The lucky thing for him, is that his player looks like a SF build (Maybe a PF) so the training plan for U21 and best training for him isn't as drastically different as it would be if he was a flat out center or guard. I definitely agree with you that U21 Nt players tend to be very very mono skilled and tend to flood the market once they are 22-23 due to not having as good secondaries. Unfortunately this is the only way to compete with other nations who of course are doing the same thing haha

he told me to do OD, ID, and one on one, i just thought i really had something here, its my first season playing and i cant afford a U21, just figured after i built him i could sell him, but if it makes him a worse value i probably wont do it, which i guess is all the same since i probably could barely meet the minimum requirements set anyways

This guy could be a key centerpiece for your team and still be salary efficient and cheap. SFs are the cheapest position in the game and my opinion on how to train him to start off will help you out and keep him cheaper. He is a bit behind some of the other guys, but there is still no harm in training him. Obviously it is ultimately up to you and what you want to do, but I think he is a great player to train up.
