Nice breakdown.... This game vs Clevland Crazy's this week is going to be a tough one! New England teams never play well on the road in Clevland!

I went CT for the cameras. In fact, I was down 72-68 before they pulled away.

Day 9 will be remembered as one of the craziest weeks of all. It was the day of Big 8, they went 7-1 and showed everyone that not much has changed since last season.

Hawks won the battle of No 1 teams: 113-109. Gavno wanted to win the game and used a surprising outside strategy, however didn't want to sacrifice enthusiasm and TIE'd.

Welcome back Magic, we really have missed you. They crushed Illusion and are out of intensive care: 108-95. First half score was unbelievable 64-32. Illusion -lost 2 games in 5 days- is desperately looking for revenge from any Big 8 team they will face next and no one wants to be their next opponent. Magic still has a mountain to climb but with the way they look against Illusion, it's safe to say they can beat anyone anywhere.

Only winning great 8 team was the Goats. Beating Tachenko at their home is not an easy task and Goats are now stronger for the title race. Both teams have great frontcourts but difference maker was backcourts. Goats backcourt (especially Cantrell) outplayed Tachenko and grabbed a huge win: 79-89.

Booshers have beaten Bangers on the only televised game of the day: 82-63. Bangers put up an all around effort with no major flaws but Booshers have the deepest roster on the league and look more dangerous than ever.

Cleveland easily beat Investors: 86-62. No Investor player reached double figures. Cleveland only committed 9 fouls throughout the game and some of the guys' jerseys didn't need to be washed at all.

Rip City can be merciless sometimes. They crushed Knicks: 103-54. If they need point difference as a tie breaker at the end of the season, this is the game they will remember with a big smile on their faces. Knicks losing streak increased to 7.

Flyers grabbed an impressive win over Steppers. 112-74. Steppers gave too many second chances, 79 rebounds against 37 was more than they can handle. Flyers won their last two games and might be ready for the playoff race.

Cresleys finally won a game and this might open up a new chapter for them: 107-95. Dragons still winless, but not hopeless. They could have won unless their 2 best players were fouled out.

Player of the day was Mitch Holloway (2893231) of the Magic. 24 pts, 10 asts, 5 rbds, 2 stls and no TO or fouls.

Tuesday's most interesting game will be between Tachenko and Gavno. Both lost on Saturday and don't want to lose again. Rip City @ Goats is also a game that we can all expect some great basketball.

Mitch Holloway was the key to Magic's dominate victory over me, well...him and the horific 39% shooting from my team. The majority of that low percentage was contributed by John Barr and Nicolas Briand. I can't give them all the blame though, because the coach has simply played them way too many minutes and their game shape has suffered. In order to turn around from this 2 game losing streak the Illusion are going to have to find a new pg that can play some defense, and move the ball around on offense, and improve their starters game shape.

Take away the 27 FTs made by the Cresleys, Dragons totally dominated the game if you look at the stats. Hopefully, we can remain competitive the rest of the season.

You had less turnovers and you beat him on the defensive stats, which is probably because you ran a 3-2 to his motion. So you negated his offensive strengths. That's also why your offensive flow is inept-high and his is awful-high.

His game shapes are a tad low too with many of his key players at average. . .it looks like most of your core is at least respectable.

Humility aside, Hawks could have very well made the case for his very own Vernon Salisbury who had a fantastic performance in a big win, to the tune of 39 points 8 rebounds and 4 assists (could easily have had 42-43 if he can hit a few more free throws).

I'm excited and nervous for my matchup versus Goats. My hope is that I've planned my rotations well enough to be able to put a decent squad on the floor, but frankly I'm also still in the Cup as well, so I'll be minus at least two key rotation players. I did the same thing against Junior Knicks, but you also feel a lot better when you are at home.

I told Crazys that I feel the second half sleeper is going to be Magic. I really don't think they are out of the playoffs yet. 3 games back with 13 to play and that team can make a run. They've had a brutal road schedule and have a lot more home games coming up.

Magic didn't have to be a sleeper the first half of the season. I knew they had a better team than what they normally put out on the court untill their game against me, but what I dont understand is why they didnt. Why fall so far behind when they didnt have to? Magic could easily be in the top 4 right now had they played every game the way they did against me.

Ha! Then I have all you fooled!

Seriously, I just did some more scouting this week than I usually do (which wouold be none). I also put Themba Moshoeli back on the floor as a PF, where he plays better than my trainees right now.

I'll be honest, until now, all of my success has been due to the fact that I started in season 2. And since I came back down to DIII, my lack of success has been because the level of play has steadily increased. I can't just trot out my trainees, even in backup roles, and expect to win. This division has gotten too tough. That's great for BB but bad for the Magic.

Anyway, I hope the second half of the season is better for me. If the Magic can make a run, it will be one for the BB record books.
