thats exactly what happened to me.
IE and chrome cant play BB. but firefow can.
So now i use firefox for BB only

I know for me that I had certain browser extensions running that wouldn't cooperate with games such as this. The page would simply refresh after I attempted to log-in. I believe "fastestfox" was one of them. I disabled the extensions and we're running lean. We're back on track!

Also clearing your cache, as others have mentioned.

IE works for me perfectly though I use firefox mainly.
