I have two players that had more than 48 minutes on PG position this week – (2651923) and (7308397) – I have trainer 5 and suppose to train ball handling – but, after the training, they got 0 pop-ups

Players do not pop up every week, you have to continue with the training, they have to pop in one or two weeks :) see Training speed analysis thread for more information.. (78242.1)
