Where is the information on tie-breakers documented?

If two (or more) teams have the same record and are tied head-to-head, what is the next tie breaker as far as the playoffs are concerned?

I know what they are in most sports leagues, but I would like some confirmation as to whether it is the same on this site and if not, how it differs.

If they have the same record wont that mean they have the same amount of wins?

So really first tie breaker is point differential
