The basic idea is that you have 3 games per week (2 championship 1 cup/friendly). Then you have to chose your young, good skills/high potential players and focus on them. If for example your best players are your PF/C, focus on them, and train inside shot, rebounding, and inside defence. (for guards the main skills are Jump shot, outside defence, jump range, passing) To be able a player to get full training needs to get at least 48 minutes on on those 3 games compined on the positions that you train. Edit: From quick checking of your roster, looks like that you have to focus on your guards
