Just for curiosity's sake, what are the minimum skills of a player to determine if he will be put in the transfer list if the owner of that player becomes a bot?

If a player is banned, does his good players go to the transfer list?

It is salary dependent (and all NT players will be transferlisted as well). I am not sure what the current minimum salary at the moment is (it is steadily rising). This includes teams that are banned.
