I have got an amazing player which I acquired in Season 5 draft and I've been admiring him and training him since.

Here are his skills:

Owner:
Majlaj Boys

Weekly salary:
$ 23 135
DMI: 88800
Age: 21
Height: 6'1" / 185 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: wondrous Jump Range: proficient ↑
Outside Def.: prolific Handling: prominent
Driving: prominent Passing: prominent
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: awful
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: average

Experience: awful

The problem is that ever since his first game, he's been picking up fouls consistently. I mean come on, he averages 3.4 PFs per game this season and it's really pissing me off cause he's one of my best players (if not the best) and he keeps of being in foul trouble and missing so many minutes.

What can I do? I have wasted like 5 weeks on training outside defense, hoping it will help but even with 11 Outside Defense he keeps on picking up fouls..

From your tactics you seem to like running fast offenses, maybe slow it down or train his stamina to prevent him tiring and giving needless fouls.

I'm sorry to say that the problem is his hidden "physicality" attribute. His is obviously high, just like my best player Timothy Tate.

There is nothing you can do about it but be pleased in the fact that he is likely going to get more free throw attempts because of it. It also makes it easier to keep his minutes in the optimum range for perfect game shape. With my other good players, they tend to get too many minutes.

It's his physicality, because as you can see, he has 46 FT attempts this year, which isn't bad.
