as you can see we're facing a team that is only a little, very few, less strong than deushtland... and they have a divine gameshape... it will be hard will fight as always and try everything.
our players had some bad shape this week, Florakis his back.. finally sold i hope he will be available for the rest of the season, but kaikas got injured and this is a big loss..
pikoulas won't play good as past games beacause of the lower gameshape.. so we have to work hard to find the strongest line up! but I'm working it out.

for some good news:
training is slowly giving satisfactions: even if many users keep on ignoring any request for the db or at least any training suggestion... others are become cooperative and are working in the right way to confirm a good roster for the U21 in the next season....

that's it.. let's play this game and than will fce the real battles of our pool!

MAY THEY FEAR US!

All the best! It will be a tough one, especially given the roster problems with injured and low-shaped players.

ok, we have lost.
ok, we have lost badly.
ok, we have lost by a wide margin, and perhaps could be worse.
But in Holland it is cold and we love the sun :D

We could not ask for more from our kids, unfortunately, bad luck intervened before this game by accident Kaikas and making Pikoulas important for his team in the passage of the round cup, so it obviously came a little shocked by us, very good performance for him equally.

We come to the race, actually was not that bad, Cyprus has an incredible strength to always start very well, unfortunately this time we have endured for 36" but the bite was still sight. The game was one way, they are stronger and in better shape, nothing to say, but not all the evils come to harm.
We passed the most difficult three games, we were unlucky against Eesti, good against Germany, relaxed against Portugal, now we return to play like we know we do and not all is lost. The Makedonia waver, Malta has yet to understand which side to use the bottles, one eye on Bosnia and the rewards could get.

MVP of the game certainly Markos Ketikidis (4652397), obviously the air of the Swiss is good.

for now is all, we see us at the next game.

In a more simple manner of description: we have not had the slightest chance.

beyond any resonable doubt.. their gameshape alone was in enough for us.. despite of kaikas anyway

Portugal is better than U21 and Senior Team... :-( I didn't realise a public presentation of the match, because nobody is interested in... so I won't work for nothing... it should be not my amusement, but the community interest...

On forum I (italy)speak, you speak (german), Thecippis (italy) and cholanka (italy), speak... sometimes Mcdaniel (italy)... about Cyprus only I love you Harry Kewell and JohnnyB...

No interest about NT is leads me to think of leaving as Manager at the end of the season, because I missed a point: the involvement of the community.

Cholanka says good, they are too strong, because they are more and MORE INTERESTED on learning the game... pretty nobody here is interested and it's frustrating for me...

:-)

I have been following your adventure and engagement with the Cyprus NT and Community for quite a while, ever since Pikoulas joined my team.

The way matches are being prepared and presented to the community by Thecippis and you (and cholanka) is simply extraordinary. The biggest and most successfull countries in BB couldn't ask for more.

Cyprus has 91 managed teams. This moment there are 3 teams online.

Two active members in a community of this size equals 20 in a country like Germany and 80 in a country like Italy. From a merely statistical point of view things could be worse.

I am not familiar with Cyprus. I cannot estimate the importance of language. But I would at least guess that there are some younger managers who might feel uncomfortable with English.

And I would as well guess that some are maybe a little bit intimidated by the professionalism of the NT-Management and the habits of the more experienced managers in here.

For a BB-starter hardly anything of what we exchange in here is comprehendible.

Now, the problem with my guesses is, that they will remain guesses until someone from Cyprus responds...
