they made that, because it is more intresting to play against humans instead of bot, so the IV.1 get filled first, then the IV.2 etc. So in the last league, there are usually some bot leagues.

no the rooster is random, but normally the other teams ain't that old too ;)

So is it possible to catchup and he could have an multiplayer game from begin on.
