Every time i log in and go into a thread and try to delete the first (first to be deleted, not first in the thread) post it throws me to the start of the thread and deletes the first (first active post in the thread) post instead. Deleting the post i ment to delete initially can be done on second time of asking and then on in everything is ok.

This is a known bug that will hopefully be fixed soon. So, until then don't delete any post that you view as "new posts". View the whole thread and delete from there.

I think it has, because it also affected the ability to delete posts when you access them through the user filter at the top of each thread, and that's now working correctly as well.
