Hi, I'm the manager of Losing Lichtenberg, a team of german 3rd division. I own two U21 national players myself and I'd like to develop not only them but the whole U21-team as well. I think of myself as a coach who is well aware of the tactics in bb and I think we can do better than in the disastrous last season. If you think so too, vote for me.

Ladies and Gentleman,

I am Mr. Santos and I am hereby presenting my candidacy to the Thailand U21 National Team.

My goal for this National Team is for it to become one of the best in the BuzzerBeater community. We need to improve the National Team as it represents a country. I am willing to make the commitment to Thailand and become it's National Coach.

Vote for me if you want Thailand to become one of the best in BuzzerBeater and if you want the Land of Smiles to be smilling.

As this conference is not commented I will present here my plans for the National Team, but first a little introduction.

My name is Mr. Santos and I am the coach of AD Azeméis, which just went to the III Division of Portugal. I am a very focused person on the game, and I dedicate most of my free and/or professional time to the game.

Now, my plans for the Thai U21 National Team.

Currently, I do not have a staff to help me with the National Team. However, several offers have been made and I am sure they will accept.

1 - To improve Thailand's ranking and respect to all of the BuzzerBeater community.

2 - Improve Thailand's game and, if possible, win the Asian Championship.

3 - To bring to the Thailand's team the best of the best, so we can have a strong NT to dispute international games.

4 - Have more friendly games to experiment which players have a more offensive and/or defensive balance.

5 - Unite the Thai BuzzerBeater community as, in first hand, it seems very appart.

These are a few of my plans for Thailand's U21 National Team.
