first suggestion about players. are players robots? why don't they have some mental/psychological attributes some character traits. for instance, morale, leadership, confidence. you got the idea :). also professionalism can be added to players which will affect their game play. less professional players can play better at some matches, on the hand they can be more prone technical fouls etc.

second suggestion is about team. with addition of mental attributes of players team integration and team spirit can be added. as players play games side by side in a long period they will guess what the other will do and as a result their total game play will improve. on the other hand team spirit is the general mood of the team, player with good characters traits can contribute to team positively and players with bad character traits can affect it negatively. win streaks etc. can affect team spirit positively, or loss streaks can affect negatively etc.

for economy part. i read another thread on the forum, drawing a pessimistic picture for the economy of the buzzerbeater based on the hattricks lame economy. I gave up playing hattrick about 3+ years ago. I can say that basic mistake in the hattrick economy is the flow of capita. there is not much place you can spend the money you gained in hattrick. actually when you upgrade your stadium to a sufficient level, your gain is a lot from match revenues and the only place you can spend your money is transfer market ( the other is stadium expansion). so, all money flows into the system and thus transfer market. when you examine the whole system, you will realize that there is no point that the money can flow out. add single skill training to this and viola 'inflation in transfer market. when the developers realized the fact the tried to pump out the money from system. this is why the wages go so monstrous nowadays. so, this whole paragraph is an advice to game developers of buzzerbeater. 'give players places where can they spend their money'. casinos can be usefull ;), forgot it free players (which will you buy buy offering more wage) can be a usefull device. don't be mean in the incomes, just give players opportunuties to spend their incomes.

edit: one more thing, please ad a results link for divisions. so that, one can reach his divisions all games played that week by following that link. i am curious about others teams matches and clicking each team then games for examining that teams match is a pain ( i am talking about teams in same division)

p.s: two hours past midnight and i am a bit sleepy. sorry, if some sentences are not clear.

About the robot players, I have a feeling that players already have hidden characteristics that are not shown. There are definately players who perform well beyond what their attributes suggest and sometimes well under.
I know of a player who has terrible stats and still plays fantastic all the time. I am not sure if the existing characteristics include team modifiers. I have heard that some of the BBs are against hidden modifiers so I am not sure about this.

Your second suggestion, I cant really comment on. It seems like a good idea but the implementation might be tricky now that the engine has been developed so much without it.

I have brought up this before and I think the BBs are pretty sure they have the economy worked out. I have been told before that speculation about the future apparently cannot be applied, as the BBs will be tweaking the economy constantly.

Creator of (http://www.buzzerbeaterstats.com) and (http://www.buzzerbeaternews.com/) -- Ex GM of Australia -- Division 1 winner of Italy Season 1 then moved team to Australia after the country was created by the BBs. Australian team manager for 2 seasons. Won various tournaments and division 1 titles in the following seasons.

if there are some hidden properties, they must be mentioned on the manual. I don't remember such a thing, also you are right a BB mentioned that they are against hidden skills/attributes.
