so i read that if you train say one on one it takes 2-3 weeks to jump up a driving level but it also said that it trains jump shot in 3-4 weeks so is it possible to after 3 weeks of 1 on 1 training 2 pop up 1 level in js and dv?

yea that can be possible. it's not always a guarantee though.
