i have as MVP point guard who doesnt really play up to his MVP status what does this mean and what should i do

This player's MVP potential simply means that he COULD be trained to a very high level. I don't think that it means he trains any faster than any other potential level, only that his "soft cap" for training levels is quite high...Pappy
