Driving: awful Passing: average
Inside Shot: wondrous Inside Def.: proficient ↑
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: inept Free Throw: atrocious

Experience: pitiful

Looks as if JS is linked with ID. I didn´t find it yet in the training speed analyses. Maybe it should be added?

is he your player or on the transfer list?

maybe he had IS training, that trains both JS & ID at low rates.
