If I concentrate on centres one week on rebounding for example..and I play a centre at pf will that player be credited for his playing time as a centre or pf?

He would be credited and get training for his minutes at PF, but if you are training PF/C rebound that doesn't matter: I could be wrong, but I have never seen or heared anything that training on the PF position would be less effective then on the C position in this senario...

If you set training to train multiple positions, those positions get equal training.

Also, for the OP, Best Position has zero influence on training.

But if you just train for centres does it not have a stronger impact?

It does, but I think the original question was in relation to Best Position and multiple position training.

So to conclude: if you concentrate on training C and only train C rebound, playing a C on PF wouldn't get him any training!
