Should I be fousing on only one position for training? If so what position do you recomend?

i llike one position training for the beginning, because you need just 3 trainees in that case Point Guards or center make the most sense.

But must players always train two position.

If I were you I'd start training either PG/SG or PF/C (the later is probably the easiest). If you have any decent players at for those position and they're younger than 21 yo, I'd keep them. Otherwise I'd either cut them, sell them if they have value or see if they have value playing out-of-position (ie SG or PF playing SF). Then I'd buy 5 or 6 trainees and start training.

In the beginning, I don't think winning is of paramount important. You need to start creating valuable players -- one that will help you win games and make money in the longer term.

If you can get some old guys off the TL for the non-training position, then do it if it doesn't cost too much.
