On the rules page it says :

Push the Ball: normal focus, increased pace.

I'm training SG/SF and think although I have great outside shooters a normal focus is the best for my team.

What I dont know is what pace I should play.

An increased pace means that I got to have good stamina, right?
But most of my player only have inept stamina, is that enough or will my play decrease in the 2nd half?

Or do I have to see it like that:
Because I have very good jumpshot skills an increased pace is better for my team, because the more I shoot the more points I'll make? No matter what tamina I have?

Are there other things I have to concern?

A good flow, and the superiority of your attack ...

One of then shuould be good when you play slower pace, else you get problems with shot clock management. If you ahve both you could play slow, that your players don't shot the difficult shots.
