I am facing a crucial situation here...

Salary of my players and staffs is 6.6k per week, while my income from Arena this week is 2.4k. So the net income per week is -4.2k per week on the assumption that Arena situation won't be better...

With 20k left, I will be a bankrupt in 5 weeks....
What can I do to survive?

BTW, I have no player to sell any more...13 players left...

Help!!!!

Will appreciate your kind reply / advice...thx.

Well you're still a very young team, and coming from the offseason so you income from games will steadily increase, esp if you keep winning. Also, you have a TV game coming up in a couple weeks and that will be a 150k-200k windfall of cash.

edit - please correct me if I'm overestimating the TV money for lower division teams. In division II, it was around 200k per tv game (both home and away team each)

1- only a BB can correct that

2- scrimmages do not generate any revenue, just additional playing time

3- I dont think so, except cup games

to #3 - you get 1/3rd of arena revenue as an away team in the playoffs and 1/2 for away cup games. For league matches, the home team keeps all 100% of tickets.

I was in the same position as you (expenses much greater than revenue) until my first TV match last game. For televised matches, both the home and away teams earn money based on the division level. For me it was around $200K which is enough to keep my team alive until the next TV match with room to spare. Right now, I would just play each week and not spend anything. But in 2 weeks when you have your TV match, you will have plenty of cash to stay alive and start to improve.

In division III, the TV game revenue is $210,000 per team (I just had my game last week). Plus the home team gets their regular gate revenue.

I played a good bit of last season with 10 players. I haven't looked at your squad, but you can get rid of one or two more and be alright. Once you get some tv money and a couple games in your stadium, you'll be alright.

Yes I have 12 players, 2 for each position plus a spare guard and spare bigman for injury cover and playtime issues.

15 players it's impossible really to get the full 48 mins per player from 3 games a week, but with 12 it's possible to get around 40+ usually for all the guys so they all train well. Only usefull on team training I know (not when doing guards only or something) but at the moment that's what I'm doing to get an all round team before training youngsters for profit etc.
