I would sell your SG and get a new one that has at least mediocre in both jump shot and jump range then change your tactics to run and gun. Look Inside is about the worst tactic you could use with your team since your center can't score (bad inside shooting) and your PF can't rebound.
You also have a weak perimeter defence, you will give up a lot of points against a team that can shoot. And you have bad stamina for all but two of your starting 5.
Get a new Center with basically the same stats but better inside scoring and stamina
Get a new PF that has good inside scoring, rebounding, inside defence and passing.
Get your SG's stamina up.
The PG you have now is ok but you might need to get another one that has better outside defence and a better jump shot (its better to have average jump shot and average jump range then inept shot and respectable range).
Your SF is good, though he can't play defence.
What are you training btw?

Either really, if you want to play look inside you will need better C's and PF's that are mediocre rebounding, inside scoring and inside defence.

Well training should be concentrated on what young players you have in your team.
If you have a center who is 18 and you have an SG that is 18 then sell your SG and buy another young center to be the backup. It is a bad idea to try and train both.
