1. I know that stamina training occurs independently of minutes and injuries, but is that also true for free throws and game shape?
2. If the answer to 1 is yes, does this also apply to skills that can be trained by the whole team? e.g. rebounding for the whole team

#2 is no, minutes still matter.

just a little addendum:
even though the training on itself is the same no matter the minutes, players who play minutes will get a better shape, then players who don't, just because shape is influenced by playing minutes, appart from any training.
