A few seasons ago, the number of votes in elections went up drastically, and was attributed to the new (!) sign next to NT election in the menu.
However, since season 65, number of votes have gone back down to "normal" levels. Was it a bug all along?

I can understand that point - but I still think it was a great thing to animate people to participate in the voting. I did have a (!) this season - but before there was a chance to vote or register as a candidate. After clicking there it went away and didn't return when there was actually an ongoing election.

I'd definitely vote for (!) - or maybe highlight the voting area like the "Supporter"-link during election time.
