I am excited to submit my application for the head coach position of the Malaysia National Basketball U21 team. With over 10 years of coaching experience, I have previously served as the head coach for the Hong Kong U21 team, achieving outstanding results and developing several talented players.

I specialize in tactical strategies, utilizing mismatches and various counter-strategies to give our team an edge during competitions. Currently, I am the head coach of "鞍山艾屁" in the top league of Hong Kong, where I lead the team to pursue greater challenges. Under my guidance, I have trained players such as Lai Biu and Fung Ming Hop, who have showcased exceptional skill and potential.

If given the opportunity, I am committed to developing the talents of the Malaysia U21 national team and nurturing more outstanding young players to contribute to the future of basketball in our country.

I'm excited to step forward as a candidate for the Malaysian U21 national team coach.

I've been actively involved in BB for two years, dedicating my time and effort to developing young talents into top-tier players. Last season, two of my own draftees played key roles in Estonia's U21 success, helping secure victory in the consolation tournament. This experience has reinforced my passion for nurturing rising stars and building competitive teams.

Now, I'm ready to take on a new challenge—leading Malaysia's U21 national team. While I haven't yet had the honor of managing a national squad, I bring dedication, strategic planning, and a strong commitment to working with your passionate community.
