Hello, I got a good draftee , I am not sure though if I should train him or sell him though?
I have lvl 5 coach and lvl 3 gym. What do you think?
If I decide to keep him what should I focus on?

Very nice … 9,5k salary ist the highest i have ever seen here.

I you are going to train him, go and get some 18/19 year old trainees (if you can afford 2 more MVP+ to continue 1-position-training next season).
Train 1on1 forwards the whole season! Then 1-position-training and build nice SF!

If not, sell him now … start at 1 Mio.

congrats, You drafted a unicorn

train 1on1 in SF/PF until DR is 17-18.
If You want to really go into the project, buy 5 more 19yo's. 1 good, 1 not bad and 3 cheap ones. make sure they fit the training until 17-18 DR
Buy at least level5 youth trainer with wage lower than 25k, these cost pennies. Also buy at least 4level trainer, but 5 would be better.
after finishing with 17-18DR, sell 3 cheap purchases of the past(you wont make much of off these, but its a buffer), and go to train either OD, ID or PA, I dont know.
make sure the heights match.

Yeah but ID gives elasticity to OD, so i never know which one should really come first.

I am sure that there is secondary-training for OD while training ID and vice versa (about 10%), but i am not sure about an elastic effect.

Correct (316003.2) but i think we have different understanding of „elastic effect“.

I would train IS before od. And later id
