Greetings everyone.

Not really a suggestion but more a like a question.
What do you guys think of the current staff wages system?
Is it working fine or does it need/could have some changes?
IMO, it's pretty weird to have weekly updates (which aren't very realistic, IMO) but, I suppose, may be a way to make everything work in terms of balancing the game's economy.
Still, there's huge values being used here and I was wondering what, if anything, do you think/would change about it, if necessary?
Feel free to state you opinion either way.

Could/Should the wages (same progression but) be updated monthly instead of weekly? At the end of the season?
Any other changes/suggestions that you think could help, assuming that's the case?

I expect to be in the minority but I'm generally against anything that adds money to the economy. Any change to the staff system would have a massive impact on the economy. And I really do mean massive. I can't even begin to imagine how much money it would mean.
