By the way, when you see two other franchises at the bottom. . those aren't mine, I built a spreadsheet and I let my buddy use it for his franchise. Probably sounds a bit suss, but I promise it is legit.

Nice preview. I really need to figure out what I'm doing this season, especially whether I continue to focus on finishing the two trainees I already had or shift to the two 18yrs rookies I picked up from the draft. Been in II.1 too long though, so I probably either need to figure out a way to make another push to win or consider moving down and rebuilding for a season or two.
