Hi,

I would say yes if you do not have other two (together 3) trainee so that you can adjust the minutes if necessary without scarifying other priority minutes.
As it was explained earlier these type of players have pros and cons, therefore they can also be much better in offense because of their hidden aggressiveness.

I landed an aggressive trainee that I wish I'd sold right away. I think there are benefits to the aggressive players like getting to the ft line more, but if you want an aggressive player you should buy off the TL. There isn't a premium for aggressive players on the TL and it can be a pain to train. That said, I think there are degrees to how aggressive they are, I don't think it's aggressive or not, and a player who isn't at risk at fouling every game may be more worth it.

Your question is: "Is it worth it?"

That is not a matter of opinion. You have to take a paper and a pencil and make some numbers.

The key questions are: How much training do you expect him to lose each season because of him being aggressive? How much less value will the player have when his training period finishes due to both his training sessions lost and him being aggressive? How much cheaper can you find him in the training market now (before training) because of his aggressiveness?

Then you will have your answer, that of course can be different depending on the kind of player and your estimations.

Additional tip: training OD first is not an option, but you can train ID first without big difference.

Then you don't know if the player is really aggressive and the whole thread makes no sense. I mean, you won't know the exact number of course. But make an educated guess and work with that number.

- I don't know for sure how much 46 minutes a week instead of 48 minutes costs in training
There is a table with the results of an ancient study. Somebody will find it for you if you are interested.

- The price difference does not exists when it comes to drafting/buying players who just got drafted
Then go for the not aggressive player. You have all to win and nothing to lose. A no brainer. (Everybody agrees that the supposedly better defense don't compensate for the fouling outs)
