My latest utopia team trainer (level 5) has career extension speciality (Older players will not experience skill drops as frequently) as well as my two previous ones. However I'm having much more drops and specially more double drops than in previous seasons. As an example,this player,including 2 consecutive drops in same skill (rebounding) but is not the only one affected:
