I plan on training 1 v 1 forwards for this season, then moving to inside skills next season. What do ya'll think? Also what positions do you think would be the best fit for each as of now?

I think your plan is OK, no need to change anything.

Regarding positions, all of them are SFs, judging by the skills only. The first one can play SG and even PF in outside based tactics. Second one can be SG in scrimmages, and the MVP one has bad defense to play anything other than SF right now.

train them as SF being careful of the cap.You should be able to play the last 2 as PG/SG/SF when done and with some RB you should be able to play the 6'8'' guy even as PF. I had a similar situation with my previous batch of Utopia trainees (no gym or youth trainer available back then), the ended up with 133, 127 and 129 TSP, 133 being the Superstar potential.
