I know it’s approximate but does anyone know the maximum skills points for a ‘star’ level player?

It depends more on the build that a maximum number of TSP. It could be around 54 TSP for a guy 1/1/1/1/1/1 12/12/12/12, but you get more from a balanced build like this within the same cap going 12/6/14/11/10/10 12/12/6/4 for 97 TSP and I’m sure you can find a build for easily 100+.
