I was thinking of giving him one more season of outside training (passing, jump range, maybe a little OD), followed by a season of 1 v 1 for forwards, then kick him inside and pump up the primaries. What do you guys think?

I'd forego the JR training as I don't think he needs it.

If you wanna train him in OD and 1v1 forward as well then I'd start with the latter as it spreads nice decimals around and pumps up HA that has elasticity effect on OD.

Honestly I don't think 1 season will be enough but it depends on how many pops you want to get.

I would also say start with 1vs1 until the level you want. Forget the JR.

I think you've pretty much ruined him by getting him a total of eight pops in two seasons.

You should've 1v1F until DR/HA 12-13 to get his elastics setup. In my opinion, I would've did 1v1F until his DR/HA is 12-13 then pound ID to 13, IS to 13 then alternate IS/ID until both reach 16 then JS/G to 12-13 since I like my bigs to have good JS.

You should continue training ID until it reach to about 14-15 then train IS until 15-16.

Actually, that thread was made towards the end of his age 18 season before the age change. So those 8 pops all came last season. He's also had two pops since this thread was made. But thanks anyway
