how would you know if your player already reach that limit?

or is it the training results are already adjusted by the bb's to slow down now.

my problem is my trainees got stuck already at prominent, proficient and strong. though with weeks of pushing i dont get a pop on the element i want but on other skills that benefited from the training.

because i cant understand like a friend of mine, his shooting guard happens to get pops to sensational now. im not comparing its just that its frustrating to see other teams get better training results . . .

ok ok im a late bloomer at this training thing but . . . i just happen to get stuck, if this doesnt improve my chances this season might go down the drain.

Players with all-star potential are certainly able to train above that level


I hope that every player is ABLE to arrive at lvl 20, maybe the speed to arrive at lvl 20 can change...

I've seen a player pop to lvl 20 this week, with allstar potential.

So I don't think the speed is limited that much. Or potential just uses the sum of the skills.

I'm guessing since potential was introduced he didn't have all that many pops, and was already to something like 18 or so before then.

Yeah of course, but the speed was still about the same. Way faster as expected if we quote the news item:

their training will slow down considerably, but will not become zero


So I really think he didn't reach the soft cap yet.

so how come mine just stop popping on the important element ? and the sub skills do pop up but not as often as i hope to be

There could be several reasons for that. As BB-Charles said in the 2nd post, it wasn't his potential.
