Hi coach..!
I'm Dinamo Parma, from Italy and i choose to candidate for next election.
Since season 33 to season 37 i was Ireland NT coach, with some good results, for example the best Consolation Tournament in season 34. But the best thing i do in Ireland was the build of a young team with good training plan e good results for manager.
So, the last tournament for the NT wasn't enough, and i'd like to have better results especially in consolation tournament at the first time.
The biggest work to do, is grow young player for change some of the older of the actually team.
This road isn't the easiest for win, but is the only for build a good future.
Nobody like to lose, and i'm on this idea, but sometimes there is thing that are more important.
If you vote me i give all my passion and my dedition on this bench for keep some satisfaction in the next seasons.
