Hello everybody im coach fabio if you have concerns about our u21 team dont be afraid to ask questions to me with my staff tmen we will take charge to our u21 this coming asia cup and world qualifiers we hope we get the support from all of you if you have suggestions we are willing to hear that and able to accept that. Lets bring back the old image of team philippines as a very deadly competitor in asia cup i know we have a depleted resources right now but we will do our best to Turn our team to be a deadly squad thanks and lets get the asia cup together thanks. By friday night or saturday we will release the final 12 so stay tuned. This is a exciting season for us so keep on supporting our u21 thanks. For the new managers we will release a training programs each position for your propects u21 trainees hope we can improve our young guns.

Hello coach thanks for the info i already scouted your rookies me and my staff evaluating each prospects who can make up to the final 12 in the u21 team by tommorow or saturday we will release the final 12 players who secure spots in the final 12 we will inform the community who will be the final 12 stay tuned we will announce it if we finished the list. about your players they are good.

we made the overall top 100 list of prospects for u21 and we are cutting it until top 24 then we will cut it lastly to the final 12 who will make it to the team and represent our country. it kinda hard for us building the team that can really compete in china and australia we are lack of players who can really match up to the solid players of our opponents but we will do our best to build the team that can really play with my system . thanks stay tuned to the other updates with our team we are still on the evaluation process.

Coach quick question: What aspect of our team do we need to address right now? Is it guards? forwards? centers? I don't want to get into too much detail on our style of play kasi baka ma scout tayo dito, but if you can give us a general idea how our team would look like, that would be useful to know. Good luck this season!

Good question Pro_Shot more balanced line up kind of team and more on ball movement and passing games. Everyone should be involved in the system. For me sharing is caring is important aspect for our team.

Bago po simulan ang lahat, maraming maraming salamat po sa pagboto kay CoachFabioMenta bilang ating bagong headcoach para sa season 40-41 ng ating U21 PH NT! Ako po ang magsisilbing Assistant Coach nya. Kaya h'wag na po kayong magugulat kung ako na minsan ang magbibigay ng training plan sa inyo dahil iyun po ay pinagtutulungan namin ni CoachFabioMenta upang mas ma-improve pa ang mga future prospects nio para sa U21. Nawa'y maging matagumpay ang kampanya natin sa Season 40 U21 Asia Cup Championship. Pagsisikapan po natin at ni CoachFabioMenta na sungkitin ang Gintong Tropeyo at Medalya na naging mailap para sa ating kuponan ng sa gayon ay matupad na ang matagal nating pinapangarap na makapasok at makalaro muli sa U21 World Cup sa Season 41.

Pagkatapos po ng mabusising pag-a-a-analisa ng mga skillset ng mga prospects para sa U21 NT natin, nakapili na si CoachFabioMenta ng Final 12 para sa koponan natin:

Sa mga hindi nakasama na prospects sa final 12 ay wag mag-alala dahil maari pa silang makapasok at makalaro sa ating kuponan basta lagi tayo magkaroon ng magandang communication para sa mga pops bawat linggo ng inyong prospect na player sa u21 wag kayo malungkot maisasama sila at makakalaro pa sila dahil may 6 slots pa para mabuo ang 18 rosters ng ating kuponan.

Kung kayo po ay may mga katanungan tungkol sa mga pre-game preparations at support, magpadala na lamang po kayo ng BB-Mail para hindi tayo ma-skawt ng kalaban. Mag-po-post naman po ako ng pre-game at post-game analysis bawat laban natin ngayong asia cup. At sa mga newbie dyan na merong player na sa tingin nyo ay karapat-dapat na maglaro para sa U21 balang araw, huwag po kayong matakot na magpadala ng mensahe sa amin nina CoachFabioMenta at bibigyan po namin kayo ng training program upang magabayan ang inyong mga batang manlalaro o maari din po kayong magpatulong sa ibang mga beterano ng ating bb pilipinas community inaasahan namin ang inyong buong suporta at pagmamahal para sa ating kuponan.

Kung sino po marunong gumawa ng logo and banner diyan pagawan naman ang u21 pilipinas nt ng bagong logo at banner salamat may gagawa na ng court design natin kailangan na lng ng logo and banner salamat 😊
