First of all, thank you to all the manager who voted for me. I'll do my best to perform better than last european championship.

Calendar is known. We'll play Albania, Norway, Andorra, Malta, Romania, Poland and Sweden. Our hardest opponents will be Romania and Poland (once agian Poland) and take care of Sweden as the last game of the round.

First selection will be done next week-end as TS is reset on sunday. First GS update will have happened so weekly minutes played already count.

from the manual:
At the start of continental competitions and the consolation tournament, the enthusiasm reset will take place between 18:00 server time on the Saturday before the start of the competition and the tipoff of the first game
so, normally you're both right...all depends if you take Boston time into mind ;-)
I wonder if someone had other experiences?

But as Joe says: it doesn't harms to be carefull about it...

As expected, Albania wasn't a dangerous opponent for that first game of the championship. They didn't try to get a glorious win playing CRUNCH so we finally won by +38.

Minutes had been well shared, as every 12 players has played, from 4 to 30 minutes. 5 players scored more than 10 pts. It is a good beginning.

Next step's against Norway. They lost by -21 against Romania. There's no way to lose to keep going toward our goal, second round !

Managers, take care of inutes played to improve game shapes.

So we've won Norway by 17, Andorra by 19 and Malta by 17.

We're 2nd of the group thanks to PA so in good position to begin the serie against Romania / Poland / Sweden.

Romania is 11 in world ranking. We're only 32. Let's know that I definitly believe we're as strong as Romania. Demanet is out, it is a big deal for the team but not the end. I count on you MANAGERS to keep GS the highest possible.

NB : It plays at 17:00 because of the time change.

On the road to second round !

Yesterday, we won against Romania (+4). It was a touh game as expected but our guys did the job.

Martens injured during the first minute. Maybe an "good" injury for us as Vanluyd, the substitute ended the game with 18 pts, 14 rbs at 7/11 FG. 5 players ended with 10 or more points. It is a satisfaction to have an homogeneous roster which can perform like yesterday.

That win allows us to still believe in having the 2nd spot of the pool. Next week, Poland is our opponent. Like us, they are still undefeated. It is Goliath but remember that sometimes, "weaker" team wins.
Tom Demanet will be back in town and hope Castermans too.


It will also play Romania-Sweden. THE big game of the week as they are 4-1 and a defeat should almlost significated "bye bye".
