Chemistry is still not on the game. A simple reduction of the GS for the new players wont cut it, IMO.

So, heres another simple suggestion that may drive a lot of team to retain players longer.

My Suggestion:
If a player will be able to play for the team for a whole year, he can now reach 10 in GS.

Playing Whole Year with a team means (example) Player A was bought on Week 3, on the Week 3 of next season if he will be kept, he already reach that one year mark.

This is a very simple way but good enough to drive a lot of GMs to build their team away from the TM. Having a team with five players being at 10 GS will surely be salary efficient.

If a manager cannot manage Game Shape, you're going to give him a free pass???

Ahh, okay, gotcha.

Still, if a player plays for one team, logically this improves his game shape how? Avoids the stress of packing his kuggage and wearing a different color jersey? I'm not sure I see any logical connection to GS.

Doesn't merchandise sales already give an advantage to the team when a player is with them a long time? At least that is logical.

I second this explanation of how the logic of this is in real life and I dont have any problem if the time will be measured in minutes played but 1600 is quite long for me. I will go with 1400 playing time in league and cup games :)

Thanks Perpete :)

I do believe this will not take a lot of coding to do but the effect of it to give the game a feel of Chemistry in real life should be huge.

Please BB gods.

I find it related :)
It would be very attracting to have something that, in the end, favours loyalty.
