I've started browsing the forums a fair bit in the last week or so and although I have very little experience with internet forums, on games or otherwise, it seems that you have an extraordinary amount to say about the BB game, some of which is constructive but a lot of which just seems like pretty mindless and ongoing criticism of the game and the developers.

I appreciate there are lots of things people would like to see changed about the game and everyone has the right to express those opinions but at the end of the day its an online management game not a headline console title..

You probably shouldn't get so invested in how it works, its supposed to be fun but you make it sound like you are being forced to play?

I'm not sure if it has been brought up, but couldn't making the ending time of the bid randomized create the same effect with having to invest in more resources for a fringe group of players.

Say have bids end at 72 +/- 8 hours for non-supporters and x day(s) +/- 8 hours for supporters?

Personally, I enjoy bid wars even though I have lost out on a lot of players I like due to class or work and living on the west coast.

How about installing a "buy it now" price?

To avoid cheating (specifically transferring a good player for too low price to your friend/mom/multi), this "right now price" should be visible only in the last 12 hours and if the normal bid goes higher in the first 60 (or more) hours it shouldn't affect the bid at all.

Instead of autobid you can buy the chosen player immediately for that price (within the last 12 hours) and you don't have to worry about your sleeping/working/school time. I guess nobody spends continuously 12 hours with sleeping/working/learning (at least you have a 5 minute break).

I hope I could word clearly what I thought about.

Don't feed the troll

The level of outrage and entitlement you show persistently makes it about you an ironically your reply is mainly about you?

I just think a bit of perspective on your part might go a long way in making these kind of discussions productive. More people, including those in charge of BB, might listen to your suggestions then.
