Hello, once I already created thread about my opinion of giving kinda equal time to players. I got answer but it was not satisfaction enough. I, as a manager want new window, with option of minutes I want to give a player, or new substitution option which give me opportunity to give time players kinda equally, I mean "Coach Picks from Depth Chart" is not really working. My bench players having time only when starer taking foul or it is easy game and team is winning too much. If there is close game bench players get about 5-15 minute which is not nice. I want to give my players kinda equal time or as I want.
