The level of the staff member does not impact the effectiveness of the specialty.


So, is there any difference in buying a lvl 6 PR Crowd Involvement or a lvl 2 pr Crowd Involvement for the "effect" of Crowd Involvement?

sincerely i doubt about the rule, not because i've data, but because i never use Staff with specialty.
