Help me out! First guy, I want him to be a shooting guard, the second should be a point guard. I don't know where to start.

I'd burst up their OD.
Up to around 12 each.
Then I'd work on JS.
Get that up to 13-15 each.
Then work on ID/IS.
Last is rebounding because it is easy to train with older guys.

Id be tempted to train the first guy into an outside SF. With allstar potential, youll get so much more out of him, be able to train his skills so much more, and he will be so much more valuable (price wise), and be a much better player long term. Just means getting some IS and a fair bit of ID into him too. But his IS is already at a good starting point. And his rebounding and JR are at a level you wont really have to touch them. Id be going OD and passing first for a season or 2, JS fwds in the weeks you 2 position train, then hit some inside shot/inside D when they get to around 20. But thats me.
