I would get an advanced doctor
and trainer because you are paying too much for a tiny difference.
I would only get a crown involvement PR-Manager
when it comes time to play a
road playoff game.
Only get a specialty PR Manager
when it comes time for the playoffs.
I don't think you need to have
a specialty doctor either.

Those staff look fine. The trainer's salary is a little high, but I often overpay them too because they can be cheaper on the staff list (I hope you didn't pay more than 100k for that one). Superior is a fine level if all your trainees are Perrenial Allstars or better, otherwise Advanced makes more sense. Some would say Advanced is better either way, but I like Superior trainers (and Exceptional if you can find a low salary one for cheap, but those are very rare; also need to have an NT level prospect).

An Exceptional doctor might be a little high of a level, but if you have some key players that you can't afford to lose (or a very promissing trainee that you don't want to miss training) then exceptional could make sense. I use a Superior one, but the salary is about the same.

As far as PR guy goes, you definitely want one with a specialty, so what you have now is fine. Personally, I like National Appeal, but Crowd Involvement could be good if you are struggling and want to get an extra boost at home to win enough games to avoid relegation.

thanks for the reply

im brand new so i just took what i thought was good, i do have two perenial allstars that im training

i took that doctor because he seemed cheap (i think i paid 25k for him) salary was 18k when i got him

my PR maanger i got for 50k i think i cant remember, salary was 11k when i got him

i think i paid about 120k for my trainer, but this is my first season and as i understand it the starting pay was high because of utopia so i just had to get someone at the time, his salary was 31k when i got him

anyways what im asking is at what price point should i buy new coaches, when my trainer get to 40k should i start looking for a replacement, at what price point should i look for replacements for my doc and my pr manager

When to replace staff is not a question anyone can really answer for you. A lot of it depends upon the salaries you are currently paying, the salary of the new staff you would be hiring and the price you will have to pay to win the bid on the new staff. For doctors and PR, assuming you will be looking for new guy with a salary similar to what the current guy started at, I generally find that replacing a person when their initial salary has doubled is reasonable. For trainers, because bidding on trainers can go a lot higher, it can make sense to wait until the salary has tripled, quadrupled, or even quintupled. If you have to pay $500k to win a bid for a new guy, it doesn't make sense to do that to only save $5 or $10k per week, as it will take a long time before that weekly savings actual makes up for what you bid.

I think your staff is way too expensive for the division you play in .
My salary for staff is 70k ,(a lvl 6 trainer, 4 doctor 5 PR manager),and I play in D1,you need cut down on salary I think.

You still have lots of things to do,like expanding your arena ,and to do that you need a lot of money.
My advice change your staff into a lvl 4 trainer and lvl 3 doctor/ PR manager,so you can save some money
because you gonna need it:)
Try to keep salary for your staff below 30k at all times..

because of utopia prices are higher for all staff, i was scouting staff for a couple of weeks before i got these guys, my trainer is a 4, my pr manager is a 3 and taking my doc from a 5 to level 3 will cost me a one time fee of about 40k (20k for the bonus and 20k for his salary) and save me about 8k a week
