"The scouts are still looking for prospects" I take it they have been moved because we are not allowed to change the order anymore at this point?

Yeah, that's right. Probably will see them sometime tomorrow, I'm guessing 2pm server time (EST). Wild estimate though.

There in Latvia,in first three leagues already are draftees.But(I'm at 4th league) and still waiting for about 1hour..what the hack?...
